摘要
大量的研究结果表明 ,病毒编码的蛋白酶参与病毒多肽前体的切割、组装和成熟 ,已成为开发抗病毒药物的目标酶。本文依据近年病毒蛋白酶的研究成果 ,就蛋白酶种类、病毒蛋白酶。
A great deal of research results show that virus encoded proteases involve in the processing of viral precursor polypeptides and coordinated assembly of the virion and maturation. Viral protease is target enzyme for the development of antiviral drug. Based on the research results of viral protease in recent years,the kinds of proteases and viral protease are reviewed and the role of viral protease in virus replication and the research approach of viral protease are discussed.
