摘要
南北问题是当代世界核心问题。对此邓小平同志有着十分深刻的认识 ,他对南北问题的重要性、解决南北问题的途径以及中国可以发挥的作用等一系列问题都有充分的论述。尽管随着全球化进程的不断发展 ,南北问题出现了一些新的特点 ,呈现出日益复杂的态势 ,但认真学习邓小平同志关于南北问题的论述对我们客观全面认识这一问题仍然有积极的指导作用 ,特别是在加强南北合作以及建立国际经济新秩序 ,从而彻底解决南北问题方面。
The question of north and south is at the core of today's world question.Of this Comrade DENG Xiao-ping had developed a very profound understanding,and had fully expounded a series of topics such as the importance of the question,the way to resolve it,as well as the role China might play in dealing with it.Despite the fact that as the course of globalization is uninterruptedly developing,the question has come to assume some new features,appearing an increasingly complicated posture,DENG Xiao pings exposition of it can still supply us with a positive guidance to our arriving at an objective and comprehensive understanding of the question of north and south,particularly in respects of strengthening the cooperation between north and south and establishing a new international economic order so as to bring about a thorough resolution of the question of north and south.
