摘要
通过对来源于 2 0～ 30年优树、5～ 8年生幼树、1～ 2年生超级苗及伐根 1～ 2年生萌生条上的顶芽、侧芽为外植体 ,对紫椴进行组织培养。采用正交试验法对基本培养基、激素种类与激素浓度进行了筛选 ,找出影响芽分化的主要因子及最佳组合试验。
Taking terminal and lateral buds as explant in superior trees at 20～30 ages,seedlings at 1～2 ages and sprout seedlings at 1～2 ages,carried out tissue culture of Tilia amurensis.Using orthogohal experiment were screened types and concentrations of minimal medium and hormone,and found out the major factors effecting on bud differentiation.
