摘要
制度安排是任何社会得以存在和持续发展的重要保障 ,在同样资源禀赋、地理环境和生态条件下 ,农业生产经营状况如何 ,在很大程度上取决于制度安排是否合理。农业经营体制的改革与创新 ,从根本上说属于制度安排。本文首先回顾我国农业经营体制的变迁 。
The effective agricultural institution is vital to the development of agriculture,thus its choice must comply with the voluntary principle,and help farmers reduce the cost of transactions.But under the same condition of resources,geographical and ecological surrounding and how the agriculture operates depends on whether institution arrangment is reasonable.
