链球菌制剂SM对S180荷肉瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察评价链球菌制剂对S180荷肉瘤小鼠抑瘤效应及免疫器官的影响。方法 以S180荷肉瘤小鼠为模型 ,随机分为 3组 ,分别给予SM制剂、环磷酰胺或PBS治疗 ,观察对小鼠的抑瘤率、生命延长率及对脾脏和胸腺重量变化的影响。结果 SM制剂组对小鼠的抑瘤率为 33.9% ,生命延长率为 37.82 % ;环磷酰胺组的抑瘤率为 44 .49% ,生命延长率为 46 .19% ,两者相比无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。SM制剂组脾脏重量与正常对照组相比 ,无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,胸腺重量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而环磷酰胺组小鼠脾脏和胸腺重量均明显小于正常对照组。结论 链球菌制剂SM具有明显的抑瘤效应 ,其作用与环磷酰胺相比无显著性差异 ,并有促进S180荷肉瘤小鼠免疫器官增生作用。 Objctive To study the tumor inhibory effect of a streptococcal preparation SM and it′s effect on mice′s immune organs.Methods The sarcoma-180 bearing mice as the animal models was used. Kunming mice were randomly devided into three groups.They were treated with SM, Cyclophosphamide and PBS,respectively ,the effect of the SM was evaluated by the inhibitory rate of tumor growth ,the prolongation of life span rate of the mice and the weight change of their spleens and thymus.Results In the group treated with SM, the inhibitory rate of tumor growth was 33.9% and the prolonged life span rate 37.8%. While in the group treated with Cyclophosphamide,the rate was 44.4% and 46.19%. Values from these two groups showed that there was no statistic difference( P >0.05).Compared with the normal control group, in SM group the weight of the mice′s spleen had no statistic differences, either P >0.05.The weight of thymus in SM group was more than that in the normal control group( P <0.05).On the other hand, in Cyclophosphamide group, the weight of spleen and thymus was both lighter than that in the normal control group.Conclusion The results shows that the streptococcal preparation SM has the effect on inhibit tumor-cell growth and can stimulate theproliferation of immune organs in sarcoma-180 bearing mice.
