摘要
本文就采取速凝工艺制作的钕铁硼薄带中影响磁体性能的微观结构进行了研究。速凝薄带工艺可以得到较传统浇铸工艺更加精细的微观结构 ,母合金中基本消除了α Fe。快速定向凝固得到了排列整齐的钕铁硼主相的片状晶结构 ,同时在贴辊面存在小于 3μm的疏松的碎晶。
Strip casting is widely used in making Nd Fe B ingot production at present In this article,we studied the microstructure of Nd Fe B slices obtained by strip casting The new technique allows large scale production of ingots with a homogeneous and fine microstructures without a significant precipitation of α Fe Rapid directional solidification causes a formation of sheet grains containing a typical arrangements of hard magnetic Nd 2Fe 14 B regions Close to the wheel side,loose and smaller than 3μm grains are formed The HD technique will the best way of making SC ingot powders
