摘要
本文在讨论不稳定热交换过程机理的基础上,给出了热传导微分方程及其有限元解,从而建立了铸件凝固过程温度场的数学模型,并对相关问题进行讨论。最后通过缩孔和缩松缺陷的预测对数值模拟的结果进行了例证。
Based on discussion about mechanism of nonsteady heat exchange process, differential equation and its finite element solution of heat conduct mathematical model of temperature field in casting solidification have been derived with relevant problems and results in numerical simulation as demonstration of forecast shrink holes.
