摘要
现代远程开放教育的自主学习不等于“放任自流”,为提高学员自主学习的质量和效果,更需要加强对学员自主学习的指导和管理。转变学员的学习现念、发挥辅导教师的作用、建立新的管理模式是加强对开放教育学员自主学习的指导和管理的有效手段。
The modern distance-open-education provides good conditions for those students doing autonomous study. However, autonomous study doesn't mean that the students can take their own course. Measures must be taken to control their study in order to improve their performance. This article elaborates on the guidance and management of the students' autonomous study from three angles: changing their studying concept; bring the teacher's role into full play, and establishing the new management modes.
