摘要
机关犯罪是国家机关为谋取单位利益 ,经单位决策机构或由其负责人决定而实施的危害社会、依法应受刑罚处罚的行为。作为犯罪主体的国家机关的范围较为广泛 。
The crime of the state organs are the gov ernment agencies exercise the acts that end anger the society and should be punis hed by the criminal law for the interest of those units by the policy-making bod ies of the units,of the person in charge many state organs may be as the subject s of crime.They should be punished by the oth er system of criminal punishment
