摘要
在多级模糊综合评价模型中 ,关于权重的确定一般情况下采用专家意见调查法 ,但是这种方法在实践操作中存在调查周期长的缺点 ,在一定程度上影响了模型的实用性和评价结果的实时性 .本文为增强该模型的可操作性 ,采用变异系数法来确定模型的权重 ,并以对企业生命活力指数的评价研究为例 ,说明此方法的应用过程 .
Traditionally the experts' opinions are used to ascertain the weight in the model of multi-step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.But there does exist the defect of a long investigation cycle in practice.The method of variation coefficient is used to ascertain the weight on the basis of statistics theories.Not only is the improed model operated conveniently but also it can enhance the objectivity and the focalization of the evaluation result by using the character of the statistics data,which reflects the essential character of the being evaluated object more truly.Finally we give an example to evaluate vigor index of enterprises to explain the application process of this method.
