摘要
在新形势下对人才素质的要求 ,从提高大学生的政治素质、大学生的思想道德素质、大学生的文化素质、大学生的实践能力、大学生的心理素质等五个方面论述了培养大学生综合素质的必要性及其途径和方法。提出高校尤其是工科院校必须重视大学生综合素质的培养 ,要引导大学生始终坚持学习科学文化与加强思想修养相统一 ;坚持学习书本知识与投身社会实践相统一 ;坚持实现自身价值与服务祖国人民相统一 ;坚持树立远大理想与进行艰苦奋斗相统一 ;努力提高大学生的综合素质 。
It is important to cultivate the integrative quality of the college students according to the new situation of the time.The method of cultivating the quality includes next five aspects:political quality,idealistic and moral quality,cultural quality,practical ability,and mental quality.Colleges,especially engineering collegs,must make a point of cultivating the students' integrative quality.Colleges and universities must lead the students to insist on integrating cultural knowlege study with the mental cultivation,integrating the literary knowledge study with improving practical ability,integrating carrying out the value of himself with serving for the homeland,and integrating buliding up long-range reality with hard work.Colleges and anivedsities should put the emphases on improving the students' integrative quality,thus they will develop quickly.ththementalcultivatio
