摘要
作者对62例地贫患者、44只大白鼠及其各口对照的SF、T_3、T_4、TSⅡ和гT_3进行测定。结果表明儿童重型地贫组SF显著增高,且与输血量有相关关系,而T_3、T_4均较对照组明显降低;在儿童轻型地贫组和成人地贫组,T_3也明显低于对照;各地贫组的TSH及гT_3均无显著性差异。实验组大鼠中,铁负荷SF显著增高,贫血组T_2显著降低,T_4铁负荷组明显降低,在贫血组也可能降低。结果表明重型地贫垂体-甲状腺功能不足,可能系贫血和铁过荷所致,国外同类研究结果以T_4降低明显且多见,而该文病例T_3降低更明显,推测与贫血程度严重有关。
Serum concentrions of SF, T_3 T_4 T_5 and TSH were determined by radiommunoassay in 62 patients with thalassaemia, including 32 children and 30 adults, and 44 experimental rats, and also in their corresponding contrasts respectively.The SF in the children with thalassaemia major and frequent blood transfuaions is significantly higher than the controls and other groups of the patients, and this is evidently related to the amount of blood transfused. Serum T_3 is significantly lower in all thalassaimia patients, while T_4 only in children with thalassemia majorf alls.In experimental rats, concentration of SF in iron load group has significant rise, and T, level drops in both the iron load group and the anemia group. The T_3 level drops in the anemia group only.This study demonstrated that the pituitary and thyroid deficiency in patients with thalassasemia major may be caused by anemia and iron load, and the lower serum concentration of T_3 may be related to the severity of anemia.
