摘要
目的 :探讨血糖控制对老年2型糖尿病患者脂代谢异常的作用。方法 :检测老年2型糖尿病患者治疗前后血脂、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平。结果 :老年2型糖尿病患者在血糖明显改善后TG、VLDL -C显著下降。Tch、LDL -C和ApoB有所下降 ,HDL -C和ApoA1/B有升高趋势 ,但无显著性。结论
Objective: To study the effect of glycemic control on lipid abnormalities in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:Lipid, fasting blood sugar, 2h postprandial glucose and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) were measured before and after glycemic control.Results: Triglycerides(TG) and very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-C) decreased significantly after glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Total cholesterol(Tch), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and apolipoprotein B(ApoB) decreased, meanwhile high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and the ratio of ApoA1 and ApoB increased, but no significant.Conclusion: Abnormal lipoprotein metabolism were partly improved following the glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
