摘要
研究了对钻石、水晶、金属玻璃等的磨削加工处理方法. 研制开发了由单片微机构成的X-Y-Z三轴同步控制的智能加工装置,组成了由中心加工服务器、多台智能磨削控制装置通过RS-485串行总线构成的分布式控制系统,解决了由CAD设计到磨削加工NC指令的自动转换和数据传输. 该系统已投入实际生产运用.
The abrasive machining and processing for material of diamond, crystal and metal glass are studied. Based on some technical investigations, an intelligent abrasive machining device which is controlled synchronously in X-Y-Z axis by single chip processor is developed. The device consists of central processing server and some local intelligent abrasive machining control devices which are controlled with distributed system linked by RS-485 serial bus. The device which has been put into practical application solves the problem of automatic switching and data transfering from CAD designing to NC instructions.
