摘要
婚约问题在我国被视为道德问题 ,而基于婚约关系产生的“准夫妻关系”和“准姻亲关系”又非常密切 ,因此形成种种社会关系错综复杂 。
The issue of marriage contract is viewed as a moral issue in China. The quasi-conjugal relation and quasi-affinity by marriage result in various kinds of complex social relationship which call for legal adjustment.
