摘要
报道了采用国产 1W连续激光二极管近贴式泵浦Nd∶YVO4晶体 ,慢饱和吸收体Cr∶YAG被动调Q结构的全固体、高效率、高稳定性、高重复频率 1 0 64nm红外激光器。在注入泵浦功率为 60 0mW时 ,得到平均功率 1 3 8mW、脉冲宽度 1 9.8ns、重复频率1 70 .1kHz、峰值功率 40 .96W的被动调Q红外激光输出。在平均功率 1 0 0mW下连续运转 1h,测得脉冲峰值稳定性优于 1 .8% ,周期稳定性优于 2 %。
A design of LD pumped all solid state, high efficiency, stable and high repetition rate passively Q switched Nd∶YVO 4/Cr∶YAG laser was presented in this paper. With 600mW incident pump laser, Q switched laser with average power of 138mW, pulse width of 19.8ns, frequency of 170.1kHz and peak power of 40.96W was obtained. Measurement showed that peak power stability better than 1.4% and period variation less than 2% during 1h under the condition of average power of 100mW.
