摘要
采用静电自组装技术在石英玻璃光纤和显微镜载玻片上制备了二氧化钛胶体与阴离子聚电解质 PSS、二氧化硅胶体与阳离子聚电解质 PDDA的复合薄膜 ,研究了薄膜的光反射性能 .在光纤端面上交替沉积光学厚度为λ/4的 PSS/Ti O2 高折射率薄膜和光学厚度为λ/4的 PDDA/Si O2 低折射率薄膜 ,可以获得λ/4多层高反射膜 ,使样品表面的反射性能大大提高 .
PSS/colloidal TiO 2 films and PDDA/colloidal SiO 2 films were deposited onto optic fibers and microscopy glass slides by using the electrostatic self assembly monolayer method, and the optical properties of the resulted films were investigated. λ/4 multilayer high reflection coatings were prepared on the end faces of optic fibers by assembling λ/4 PSS/TiO 2 layers and λ/4 PSS/SiO 2 layers alternately, an obvious enhancement in the reflection was observed.
