摘要
胡适是中国近现代著名的思想家 ,教育界公认的领袖之一 ,他的教育法制思想对当时坎坷曲折的教育民主化、科学化运动产生了较大影响 ,既有积极作用 ,也有负面效应。循着这条主线 ,本文评析了胡适教育法制思想的四个侧面及其与民国教育发展之间的内在联系 ,以期引起人们对胡适教育思想的再考察 ,从中吸取经验与教训 ,斟酌取舍 ,为今天的教育法制建设服务。
Hushi is both a prestigious philosopher and a leading educator in the early 20th century. His theory of educational legality has positive effects on making China's education scientifically and democratically at that time. However, it also brings about some negative result. This article concerns about four aspects of his theory and its intimate relationship with national education development, which aims at awakening people to reflection on his theory for a better construction of educational legality today.
