摘要
0Cr18Ni9(30 4 )不锈钢采用连铸、连轧工艺生产热轧带钢时 ,带钢的两个边部表面易出现纵裂和裂边等缺陷 ,在分析其产生的机理的基础上 ,采取防止两种缺陷的相应措施 :一是调整浸入式水口插入深度 ,二是控制加热温度在 12 70℃以下。
The longitudinal and edge cracking are easily formed on the edges of hot rolled 0Cr18Ni9 strip. On the basis of mechanism,appropriate measures were adopted for preventing two defects.One was adjusting depth of immersion nozzle,the other was heating temperature was below 1270 ℃
