摘要 开关稳压电源中输出滤波器用的高频电解电容器要求高频低阻抗。探讨了高频低阻抗铝电解电容器的生产工艺。刺铆卷绕:箔片、铆接点、极间距离的考虑。浸渍工艺:浸渍时间、温度等条件的确定。老练工艺:老练温度、时间、电压的斟酌。材料:电解液、铝箔、电解液、密封橡胶塞的选择。用确定的工艺制得了合格的产品。 When electrolytic capacitors used as filters in the output circuits of switch regulated power supplies; theproperty of low impedance at high frequency is required. The technology for processing the capacitors of the kind is discussed. Included are the consideration of foil strips, riveting points, pinches between plates in riveting-and-winding process; thedetermination of dipping time, temperature, etc. in dipping process; and aging temperature, time and voltage in aging process and the selection of the materials, such as electrolytic paper, aluminum foil, electrolyte, sealing rubber plug. Qualifiedproducts have been made by the optimized technology
