摘要
低氧燃烧是HTAC技术的核心内容 ,其前提是将助燃空气预热到燃料自燃点以上 ,其关键是控制燃烧段的含氧体积浓度 ,使之低于 1 5 % ,甚至 2 %~ 3%。低氧燃烧具有火焰体积成倍扩大、火焰温度场分布均匀、低NOx 污染及低燃烧噪音等显著优点。本文分析了在工业应用中实现低氧燃烧的 5种有效途径。
The combustion with low oxygen content is regarded as the core of high temperature air combustion(HTAC)technology.The key is how to control the oxygen concentration in the combustion zone,make it be less than 15%,even to 2~3% after the combustion air is highly preheated over the spontaneous ignition of fuel.The combustion with low oxygen content has obvious advantages such as increasing flame volume,uniform flame temperature field,low NO x pollution and low combustion noise and so on.In this paper,five effective ways about how to realize the combustion with low oxygen content in the industrial application are analyzed.
