摘要
涤纶废水是一种高浓度的有机化工废水 ,CODCr浓度为 5 0 0 0 - 80 0 0mg/L ,采用二级厌氧 (UASB+AF、AF)———二级好氧 (推流式曝气池、接触氧化池 )为主要的处理工艺 ,处理后能达到国家排放标准 .本文主要介绍了UASB +AF厌氧池的启动过程及运行结果 ,并对CODCr去除率的影响因素作了比较深入的分析 ,为采用UASB +AF厌氧池处理高浓度废水提供了经验和依据 .
The terylene wastewater is a kind of high-concentration chemical water.The COD Cr of influx is as high as 5000~8000 mg/L.Two stages of anaerobic reactors(UASB+AF and AF)and two stages of aerobic reactors(PE Oxidation Pond and Contacting Oxidation Pond)have been used as main equipments.The effluent treated by the equipments reaches the discharging standard.The situation of the terylene wastewater start-up and the result of the UASB+AF are presented,and the effects of various conditions on the COD Cr removing efficiency.This study gives the experience and scientific basis for the treatment of high-concentration wastewater using UASB+AF.
