文章讨论了电子期刊的发展趋势，提出了电子期刊与印刷型期刊合理配置的思路，指出先进的网络技术不仅改变着图书馆管理理念，同时服务方式应随之变革。
This article discusses the developmental trend of the electronic periodicals, presenting the ideas that paper periodicals and electronic periodicals should be allocated reasonably, and that advanced computer network technologies will change not only the concepts of library management, but also the service patter provided by the libraries.
