摘要
总结了目前我国催化裂化装置的结焦情况。通过模型分析 ,得出从提升管出来的含油催化剂粘附在后续设备上 ,在高温下焦化缩合是催化裂化装置结焦的主要原因。指出高露点的轻组分在渣油喷嘴上部进料、并加注反应终止剂等措施 ,使催化剂颗粒之间进行多次混合传热是减缓催化裂化装置结焦的有效手段。
Status quo of coking in domestic FCCU are summarized. Through model analysis, it has been find out that the coking mainly resulted from the oily riser catalysts which stuck to the downstream equipment and condensation at high temperature. High dew point light fraction feed in the upper of residue nozzle and injection of quenching agent to make more mixed heat transfer in catalyst particles are the effect methods to alleviate coking in FCCU.
