摘要
本文论述了高校图书馆，在市场经济和教学改革条件下，加强文献资源建设的必要性，提出应从优化文献资源配置、实现 文献资源共享等几方面加强建设，形成高质量的馆藏资源体系。
This paper expounds the necessity that a university library strengthens the build-up of the document resources in the condition of market economy and teaching reforms, and it also suggests that should be done in following respects including exceeding disposition in document resources and realizing enjoying together document resources. At last to form the higher quality system of library resources.
