摘要
目的 探讨运动超声心动图 (E echo)与计算机联用对冠心病的诊断价值。方法 以医学专用计算机定量分析3 6名正常人及 2 8例冠心病患者运动前后左室局部壁运动 ,并与冠状动脉造影和左室造影进行对比分析。结果 静息状态超声心动图诊断冠心病的敏感性和特异性分别为 5 5 %和 92 % ,运动超声心动图 (E echo)分别为 10 0 %和 89%、准确性为93 % ,而心电图的敏感性为 65 %。
Objective To assess the value of exercise echocardiography (E echo)combined with computer analysis for detecting coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods Twenty eight patients who underwent coronary angiography and 36 healthy volunteers were studied with E echo combined with computer analysis. Results At rest, the sensitivity and specificity of echocardiogram were 55% and 92% respectively. The sensitivity of E echo was 100%, specificity 89% and accuracy 93%, while the sensitivity of ECG was 65%. Conclusion E echo combined with computer analysis was valuable in identifying CAD pts who did not show left ventricular asynergy at rest.
