摘要
对社会发展阶段的正确认识 ,关乎到一个国家发展的路线、方针和政策的制定。苏联领导人在这一问题上存在的脱离实际的错误认识 ,导致严重的政策失误 。
The Correct cognition for the social developing stage plays an important role in the establishment of developing line,guiding principle and policy.The leaders of the Soviet Union had problems in cognition which lost contact with reality,led to serious misjudgment and caused great harmfulness for the socialist causes of the Soviet Union and other nations.
