摘要
当今为什么要提出“素质教育” ?因为素质教育更加接近教育的本质 ,更加符合教育发展和培养人才的客观规律 ,“素质教育”是千百年来人类教育发展和改革历史经验的深刻总结 ,吸取了几千年来中国传统教育的优秀成果 ;孔子是中国教育史上第一个提出要使受教育者在“仁” (德 )、“知” (智 )、“勇” (体 )、“美”(乐 )、“才”等几方面都得到全面修养和发展这一教育目标的“先师” ;书院之自筹经费 ,自定章程 ,注重因材施教 ,鄙薄标准化教学 ,强调道德气节的修养 ,突出师生的情感交流等等 ,使其容易形成相对独立的学风。
The reason why'quality education'is advocated is that quality education is closer to the nature of education and has realized more fully the objective law of education development and experts cultivation.'Quality education'is the deep reflection on education development and its improvement along the human history and has absorbed the essential products of Chinese traditional education lasting for several thousand years.Confucius was the first educator in the history of Chinese education to propose the multi-training for the trainees in 'morality','intelligence','physical training','music' and 'ability'.His Academy was economically independent and self-governed,where individual education was practiced and standard education was abandoned.Here,morality cultivation was worshiped and the mutual understanding between the teacher and students was prominent to develop a relative independent academic atmosphere.
