本文介绍了宝钢热轧厂加热炉液压系统的构成和工作原理,论述了电液比例控制排量液压泵的调节原理,并阐述了该液压系统为避免步进梁工作中的冲击和震动而采取的措施。
In this paper, the structure and operation of the hydraulic system for the walking beam type reheating furnace at Baoshan Steel's Hot Strip Mill is introduced, and the principle of adjusting the pump displacement by proportional valve control is described . And some analysis has been made on the methods and the related devices of preventing the system from impact and shack , while the walking beam is under load.
