摘要
本文对引进的现代化辊底式炉—淬火机组的主要技术参数、检查维护要点、运行及改进效果作了简要介绍 ,并运用数理统计和决策技术建立了故障预测预控模型 。
This article makes a brief description of main technical parameters,main points about check and maintenance,operation as well as improved effect with respect to the imported modernized roller-hearth furnace-quenching machine set,establishes trouble-projecting pre-control model by using mathematical,theoretical statistics and decision-making technology,providing quantitative basis for ensuring normal operation of the system.
