摘要
在实验结果的基础上,对三辊行星轧机力能参数的计算进行了理论研究。在分析金属变形过程后提出了平面断面假设,将Hill下限原理应用于非对称滑移线场的计算,绘制了轧件截面接触弧上单位正压力因子p/2K与截面参数(R/L,α_f)的关系曲线,建立了三辊行星轧机轧制载荷计算的理论和方法。
The rolling load in PSW is studied by theory and experiment in this paper. Based on experiment, by analysing the deformation process of billet, plane strain hypothesis is proposed , and Hill down-bound principle is adopted in calculating nonsymmetrical slip line field and a figure of the pressure factor (p/ 2K) vs. the parameters in billet cross-section (R/ L,αf) is drafted.
