摘要
简要介绍了军队医药卫生科技查新工作概况 ,着重探讨了国家查新工作新举错的特点 ,对比分析了军队医药卫生科技查新工作与国家查新工作的区别及差距 ,预测了军队查新工作的发展方向 ,并提出发展策略。
Literature evaluation for application of medical achievements of the Chinese PLA is outlined. The characteristics of the new measures of literature evaluation for application of scientific and technological achievements in China are mainly approached. By analyzing their differences, the direction and strategy of the former are put forward.
