摘要
我国非炼焦煤中的中、高挥发分长焰煤、不粘煤和弱粘煤等约占煤炭总储量的27.5％。本文论述了利用其中的低灰、低硫、低磷、低铝的几种非炼焦煤中的中、小块煤,在直立炉上进行的工业试验和工业生产的炼焦情况,所产煤气供城市民用,块焦供铁合金和电石等行业使用,提高了企业的经济效益和产品质量。
Medium and high volatile long-flame coal, noncaking coal and slight caking coal in dead coal of China amount to some 27. 5 percent of the national storage. In this paper, the industry test and production of Cokemaking in vertical retort, which make use of medium and small pieces of coal in several kinds of dead coal that has low ash and low contents of sulfur, phosphor and alumimium, are discussed. The coal gas produced is conveyed for civil consumption and lump coke is supplied for ferro-alloys and calcium carbide industry. As a result, economic benefit of the company and quality of its products are improved.
