摘要
本文介绍了鞍钢50万t线材加热炉使用的粘土结合浇注料和用来吊挂炉顶的高铝质砖的生产及浇注料的现场整体施工和烘炉制度。值得注意的,一是控制好浇注料的水份,二是吊挂砖的Al_2O_3含量宜波动在53%~56%之间。三年的使用表明,炉顶、炉墙和炉底等处的浇注内衬均完好无损,吊挂砖也能满足使用的要求。
The production and site integral construction and furnace drying operation of clay castable refractories and roof-hoisting high-alumina firebrick applied to 0. 5 million wire reheating furnace in AISC are introduced in this paper. Attentions should be given to controlling the water percentage in castable refractories and adjusting Al2O3 in hoisting brick between 53%~56%. It is shown through 3-year application that the castable refractories of furnace top, lining and bottom are excellent without damaged, the hoisting brick can meet the service demand.
