摘要
以知识经济时代科技期刊的现状为出发点,详细论述了科技期刊与知识创新的关系,并就知识创新进程中科技期刊编辑应具备的创新素质展开讨论。从而认识到,科技期刊编辑的素质是科技期刊能否适应知识创新要求的决定性因素。
On the basis of the current situation of scientific and technological periodicals on the era of knowledge economy, this paper discusses the relationship between scientific & technological periodicals and knowledge innovation in detail, and makes a discussion on the innovation quality of editors of scientific and technological periodicals during the process of knowledge innovating. At last, it is realized that the editor, quality of scientific and technological periodicals is the key point whether the scientific and technological periodicals adapt to the requirements of knowledge innovation or not.
