摘要
文章结合实际,对地勘单位在实行企业化经营过程中,必须进行创新,包括企业制度创新、经营管理创新、激励机制创新,从而加快“事转企”的进程提出了见解。
Combined with practice, the author points out that all the geological unit in our bureau should con- duct innovation in the following aspects such as enterprise discipline and regulations, management and encour- agement system when they transit from traditional intitution to typical companys in the market economy.
