摘要
本文提出在高等学校 ,学生工作与学科建设相结合加速人才培养的新思路。并从学生是学科建设的巨大推动力 ;学生参与学科建设 ,调动其学习积极性 ;学生是学科建设的最大受益者等方面论述了这种学生工作新模式对加速人才培养的促进作用。
The article puts forward a new thinking that the student administration of colleges and universities should combine with the subject construction and accelerating the talent cultivation ?At the same time,it discusses that this new model of the student administration has an effect on accelerating the talent cultivation from the following aspects that student is the tremendous promotion of subject construction;that student participates in the subject construction;that student's initiation is stimulated;that student is the best benefited of the subject construction.
