New advances in bacteriophage display peptide libraries screening against different targets

摘要 噬菌体展示技术自建立以来 ,经过十几年的发展 ,逐渐成为一个强有力的筛选工具。用于筛选的靶标也越来越具有多样性 ,不仅是分子 ,新鲜分离或培养的细胞 ,甚至活体器官都可作为筛选的对象 。 Since the phage display technique was established , it has become a powerful screening tool within the decades of development and maturation. The screening targets are getting more and more diversified, not only the purified molecules,the newly isolated or cultured cells and even the living organs can also be screened. All these bring a wide prospects to the application of the technique.
