摘要
本研究于 1999年 3月在重庆市第七中学通过上课的形式对初二年级一个班进行学习、生活和职业的心理辅导与教育 ,一年后发现这个班的学生整体心理健康水平有所提高 ,它表明心理健康教育课程是培养学生心理品质 。
This study was implemented in a junior second\|year class of the 7th middle school of Chongqing in March 1999 by the way of giving mental education and guidance in study, life, and career. One year later, it was found that the overall mental health of the students in the class had been improved. This indicates that carrying out courses of mental health education is an efficient method to cultivate the students' mental health quality and improve their mental health.
