摘要
本文主要介绍了由减水剂、膨胀剂、缓凝剂等组成的GZW复合外加剂的配制。重点考察了兼顾流动性和强度时高效减水剂的掺量及水灰比的控制 ,对膨胀剂、缓凝剂的适宜掺量也进行了实验分析。应用结果表明 ,该复合外加剂配制的水泥胶结材料具有高强、早强、无收缩、大流动性的特点 。
In this paper, based on the experiments and analysis and in site use, a new composite cement admixture has being introduced; this composite admixture is composed of some ordinary admixture, water reducer-accelerating agent, expansion agent etc. A grouting material made of this composite admixture and cement, and medium sand etc, result of analysis and use has verified, this grouting material has characteristics of high strength, earlier strength, a little expansion, and great fluidness, and get better technical and economic effect.
