摘要
针对常用的防磨方法和涂层材料对FNi-15镍基合金、FNiWC35镍基碳化钨合金喷涂层,FNi-15镍基合金、FNiWC25及FNiWC35镍基碳化钨合金喷熔层,3Cr13合金喷涂层,D667高铬铸铁和VAUTID耐磨材料堆焊层进行了硬度试验、磨粒磨损及冲蚀磨损试验,为煤粉风机防磨处理方法和材料的选择提供了理论依据。研究表明:不同的防磨方法和涂层材料在不同磨损工况下表现出完全不同的抗磨效果,镍基及镍基碳化钨喷熔层最适合于煤粉风机不同部位的防磨强化。
In light of the common anti-abrasive methods and coating materials,this paper introduces the hardness tests,abrasion tests of grinding particles and erosion abrasion tests carried out on FNi-15nickel-base alloy,FNiWC35nickel-base tungsten carbide alloy sprayed coatings;FNi-15nickel-base alloy,FNiWC25and FNiWC35nickel-base tungsten carbide alloy sprayed melting coatings;3Cr13alloy sprayed coatings;D667high chrome cast iron and VAUTID anti-abrasive material build-up welding layer,thus providing the theoretical basis for the anti-abrasive treatment method of pulverized coal fans and material selection.The study showed that,different abrasion pre-vention methods and coating materials under different abrasive conditions manifested quite different effects.The nickel-base and nickel-base tungsten carbide sprayed melting layers were most suitable for abrasion prevention-strengthening of different positions of pulverized coal fans.
