摘要
以苏州市古城 3 2号街坊规划成果数据为基础 ,论述了运用GIS技术进行旧城改造与保护规划信息系统开发方法及其在规划管理中的分析应用。重点对系统结构设计、基础数据处理、空间分析、地理建模等方面都做了详尽的讨论。其工作为建立旧城改造与保护规划信息系统提供一个成功的范例 ,也为规划设计和管理提出了一种新的方法。最后 ,还提出了规划设计和管理数字技术的发展方向应是城市规划空间决策支持系统。
This Paper,which was based on the planning result data of No.32 street of old cities in Suzhou City, expounded the development method of the transformation planning and preservation planning information system of old cities management of planning. Futhermore,this paper discussed designing of system structure,the processing of basic data,spatial analysis and geographic modeling. It provided a successful paradigm for building up the information system of transformation and preservation planning of old cities, also, presented a new method of the designing and management of planning. Finally, this paper pointed out the development tendency of planning designing and digital management technology, which is to construct the spatial decision making supporting system of city planning.
