摘要
天钢高速线材厂自1995年试生产以来,每年都会出现精轧辊环碎辊的情况,文章主要对造成辊环碎辊原因、改进措施,进行了详细的论述分析,措施实施后降低了碎辊数量,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
Since starting up in 1995,the roll ring cracks always occur every year in High-speed Wire Rod Mill of Tianjin Tiangang Group Co.,Ltd.The cause of roll ring cracks and improvement measurement are related and anaysed. By implementing measurement, the cracks are decreased, the production cost reduced and economic benefit improved.
