摘要
目的:探讨肝源性糖尿病糖代谢紊乱机制以及与肝功能损害程度等的关系.方法:对1993年8月。～001年12月入院的22例肝源性糖尿病患者进行调查分析.结果:肝源性糖尿病的发生并不受肝功能损害程度的影响,一般症状较轻,合并症较少.结论:肝源性糖尿病与肝硬化病程长短及肝功能损害程度不相关,治疗后随肝损害减轻而好转.
ve To researched the relationship of hepatic disbetes decompensate mechanism and the extend of hypohepatia. Method Made investigation on 22 hospitalized cases who suffered from hepatic diabetes. Results The occurrence of hepatic diabetes was unaffected by the extend of hypohepatia, and its general symptom is slight with fewer complications. Conclusion The hepatic diabetes is unrelated to the length of disease course and the extend of hypohepatia, and it can be getting better along with alleviate of hypohepatia through treatment.
