摘要
“以德治国”思想是以江泽民同志为核心的党中央高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜 ,进行理论创新获得的重大成果 ,是紧密结合我国社会主义改革开放和现代化建设新实际 ,进行战略性思考获得的崭新认识 ,是对我国治国伦理传统的扬弃和改造 ,更是对我国治国经验的一种升华。它是马克思主义科学的治国之道 。
The ideology 'rule of virtue' is a great theoretical innovation made by the Central Committee of Communist Party of China with Comrade Jiang Ze Min as the core of the leadership under the great banner of Deng Xiao Ping's theories.It is also a new practice closely related to the socialist reform and opening up and the construction of modernization of our country.In addition,it is a new understanding gained after stategic consideration as well as a sort of discarding and reform of Chinese traditional philosophy of ruling.Further more,it is a kind of distillation of the country's accumulated ecperience of ruling,reflecting Marxist scientific philosophy off ruling,and therefore becomes the guide of China's all round development.
