摘要
采用直流溅射多层膜结合退火技术 ,制备了不同富铁量的各向同性Fe Pt纳米晶永磁薄膜。对这些永磁薄膜的研究表明 :在 5 0 0℃退火 3min~ 10min得到的所有不同富Fe量的Fe Pt永磁薄膜是各向同性的 ;它们的磁滞回线都显现单相的硬磁行为 ;所有的薄膜显示出剩磁增强效应 ,其剩磁随富Fe含量的增加而增大。磁力显微镜观测表明 ,在热退磁状态下Fe Pt薄膜显现出不规则的横跨数个晶粒的岛状畴 ,其大小是平均晶粒尺寸的 7倍~ 10倍。
The isotropic Fe - Pt nanocrystalline films with various iron - rich content have keen prepared by sputtering Fe/Pt multilayer and subsequent vacuum annealing at 500degreesC for 6 min. Results show that a single hard magnetic phase behaves on hysteresis loops, all films present obviously a remanence enhancement effect, and saturation polarization and remanence increase with increasing the Fe content, Study of magnetic force microscopy indicates that the magnetic domain size of the thermo - demagnetized Fe - Pt Films is about 175nm similar to 250nm, 7 similar to 10 times larger than the average grain sizes, included many grains.
