摘要
随着现代远程教育在我国呈纵深性发展,教学资源已成为远程教学无可置疑的核心竞争力。平心而论,电大教学资源建设还不能适应发展新阶段的需要,加快其建设进程是电大确保竞争优势的惟一抉择。文章从我国国情及电大教育发展实际出发,对当前电大教学资源建设中诸如一体化设计、优化配置、分工合作以及重在实用等基本原则及任务作了全面探讨与阐述。
With further development of modern distant education in China,teaching resources have indubitably become the competitive power at the core.Actually,the construction of teaching resources at present can not satisfy the need of the new stage.To keep its highly competitive edge,R&TVU has no choice but to accelerate the speed of development.Proceeding from the reality of our country and the development of R&TVU education,the author makes an all-round exploration and clear explanation to basic principles and chief tasks of teaching resource construction.
