摘要
为了防止叶 /盘结构在正常工作条件下出现危险的共振 ,从工程设计角度出发 ,讨论了用有限元法对刚性盘上单个叶片的振动分析、用波传播技术对叶 /盘耦合振动及轮盘振动分析中的几个问题。对振动分析中应注意的计算频率阶数确定、激振力选取及共振点确定等问题给出了具体处理方法。计算得到的叶片、轮盘振动特性分析结果与实测结果相符。给出的处理方法可用于叶 /盘结构的振动设计分析和排故。
In order to prevent the occurrence of the dangerous forced resonant response of bladed disk in the normal operating conditions, several issues in the implementation of the vibration analysis of bladed disk was discussed The practical procedures to be used to deal with the issues, which should be considered, for the vibration analysis of bladed disk in the design phase were presented The analysis results of vibration characteristics of the blade and the disk obtained by use of the procedures match well with the engine test results The procedures are feasible and can be used to analyze the vibration of bladed disk in the design phase and to eliminate the faults of the bladed disk in service
