采用ASPEN系统模拟软件对某空分流程的设计工况和实际工况进行了模拟计算 .为了提高空分装置的氧气产量 ,确定了模拟调优技术路线 .经过调优 ,氧提取率可达78% .
Design and real process of air separation flowsheet were simulated on the basis of ASPEN software system . Optimization ways were decided to improve the output of O 2 and by optimization the yield of O 2 is 78%.
