摘要
采用涡流扩散模型 ,通过示踪试验法研究了BVT浮阀塔板的返混性能。试验结果表明 ,BVT蝶型浮阀塔板对液体具有导向作用 ,有利于降低塔板上的液体返混 ,提高塔板传质性能。
BVT(butterfly valve tray) is a new type of tray developed by University of Petroleum. It can make steering role on the liquid flowing on the tray because of the butterfly like structure of the valve. Using tracer experimental method, the liquid backmixing on BVT was studied with turbulent diffusion model. The results indicate that the liquid backmixing degree on BVT is lower, and this can give rise to transfer efficiency.
